Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner as they pertain to IMS and related OEM software products
• Provide primary support and troubleshooting for reported problems related to IMS systems on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis
• Follow procedures for installing and maintaining OEM software products efficiently and according to best practices and Ensono standards
• Provide key support for customer migration services and assist project managers with newly acquired customer transitions
• Execute tasks associated with customer disaster recovery plans in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services
