Responsibilities

• Provide system administration of cloud and on-premise environments including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
• Support and configure Windows, iOS, and Linux systems using MDM, Intune, and domain management tools
• Configure, monitor, and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery routines
• Monitor systems and networking infrastructure using tools like PagerDuty and provide Tier 2 technical support
• Collaborate with Information Security to remediate vulnerabilities, harden the environment, and implement CMMC frameworks
