Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration of cloud and on-premise environments, primarily supporting Government Programs under CMMC regulations.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Domain Services, and Intune for device configuration and security.
• Monitor systems and networking infrastructure using tools like PagerDuty, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain system backups, replication routines, and organize regular disaster recovery drills.
• Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to remediate vulnerabilities and harden the overall IT environment.
