Responsibilities

• Perform the AI Intent lead role, combining Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities, to envision the AI automation roadmap.
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and autonomous task execution.
• Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-calling mechanisms.
• Develop multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server or Semantic Kernel.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses and ensure responsible AI practices.
