Responsibilities

  • Shape the direction of key data science areas including segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, product analytics, churn prediction, and insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to analyze product usage, make data-driven decisions, recommendations, and forecasts.
  • Manage stakeholders by gathering requirements, defining project OKRs and milestones, and communicating progress and results to non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists on the team in project planning, technical decisions, code, and document review.
  • Build self-serving internal data products to simplify data within the company.

Requirements
