- Own the full lifecycle of Code for America's AI Acceptable Use Policy, from drafting to adoption and revision.
- Advise on employee-facing implications of AI tool deployment, including acceptable use and monitoring practices, coordinating with People Operations and Legal.
- Design, launch, and continuously improve AI enablement resources such as training sessions, onboarding guides, and practical playbooks.
- Partner closely with Security Engineering to integrate AI governance and enablement with the organization's broader security posture.
- Monitor the evolving AI governance and security landscape, recommending policy and control updates as new tools, risks, or regulations emerge.
