Responsibilities
- Design and run internal AI training programs tailored to each team's actual workflows; build and manage an AI champions network across engineering, product, and GTM.
- Establish org-wide AI best practices — prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, security and privacy guardrails, and model selection guidelines.
- Own build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and maintain institutional knowledge in agent-friendly documentation.
- Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows without a current owner.
- Partner with Special Projects and the Sr. AI Engineer to translate Labs research into internal-facing capabilities.
