Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for the Internal AI Team, translating department needs and leadership priorities into initiatives and validating ideas with prototypes.
- Run the AI Champion & Leader network, surfacing wins, unblocking champions, funneling feedback, and partnering with department leads to shape quarterly AI goals.
- Build Zip’s AI skills framework, defining and operating the process, standards, and repository for authoring, reviewing, sharing, and retiring agents and skills across the company.
- Co-own Internal AI team tooling, partnering with internal AI engineers on administration and operation of tools like Enterprise AI Assistants, Notion AI, and n8n.
- Own training and enablement across the organization, building and running the strategy for continuous AI upskilling through courses, deep dives, office hours, and hackathons.
