Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI automation agents to automate manual sales processes, embed AI into growth marketing, and maximize Claude skills in post-sales, unlocking efficiency for hundreds of teammates.
- Build intelligent solutions, such as an account mapping platform, using scrapers, search APIs, workflow automation tools, and LLMs to help sales and marketing identify and target accounts.
- Drive an AI-native culture by identifying internal "AI champions," defining templates and best practices, and enabling teams to integrate AI automation into their daily workflows.
- Build out AI analytics to measure success through data, focusing on hours saved and additional work delivered, and become customer-obsessed with internal stakeholders' happiness.
