Responsibilities

• Define and own the CX metrics layer including service levels, CSAT, handle time, and the dbt models powering them.
• Write SQL and build data models to diagnose contact rate spikes, identify friction points, and surface root causes.
• Lead, mentor, and set priorities for the CX Analytics Engineering team.
• Partner with the central data platform team to build pipelines and shared infrastructure.
• Deliver weekly metrics summaries, insights, and actionable recommendations to CX leadership.
