Principal Product Manager, Developer Experience

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal developer experience platforms including CI/CD and delivery tooling.
• Partner with engineering leads in Common Services, IaaS, Security, and Customer Experience to identify and prioritize high-value problems across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Run structured discovery with internal "customers" (engineers, managers, SREs, TPMs) to understand workflows, constraints, and recurring pain points.
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses for DevX initiatives (e.g., lead time for change, deployment frequency, MTTR, onboarding time).
• Drive adoption of DevX tooling through documentation, enablement sessions, and feedback loops, treating communication and change management as part of the product.
