Responsibilities

• Identify and drive transformative ML initiatives, including replatforming model training, serving, and infrastructure
• Build and ship complex ML initiatives from design through production, such as distributed training and model lifecycle management
• Own the team's technical vision, engineering quality, and best practices across the ML platform
• Drive engineering initiatives that span multiple team boundaries, including messaging, analytics, and data platforms
• Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, and lead design reviews, code reviews, and production readiness
