Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for critical enterprise security and IAM initiatives.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing security and identity-related risks and dependencies.
• Partner closely with security, IT, engineering, product management, and operations teams to align on identity and access priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security and cross-functional stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing risks.
• Develop and implement scalable processes such as access certification, JML workflows, and least-privilege reviews.
