Security Programs Senior TPM - OT & Network Security

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Stand up CoreWeave's OT Security program from the ground up, including networking, architecture, asset management, and vulnerability management across owned data centers.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations to maintain an authoritative OT asset inventory spanning power, cooling/HVAC, and physical security systems.
• Drive CoreWeave's Network Security program by maintaining authoritative visibility into production network devices, configurations, and access rules.
• Partner with Security Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to translate security priorities into sequenced, resourced technical program plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, program scope, and success metrics while communicating updates to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
