Responsibilities

• Lead execution of customer-facing features for Weights & Biases products like Models and Weave.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive programs from concept through launch.
• Translate product strategy into clear delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer-facing AI/ML products by driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Provide program health visibility through status reporting, dashboards, and risk management.
