Responsibilities

• Identify and drive transformative initiatives that change team capabilities, such as replatforming model training and serving.
• Build and ship complex ML initiatives from design through production, maintaining a hands-on technical delivery role.
• Own the team's technical vision, engineering quality bar, and architectural direction across the ML platform.
• Drive technical relationships and engineering initiatives that span multiple team boundaries.
• Raise overall engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring of senior engineers and data scientists.
