- Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot complex application issues, and resolve technical problems quickly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for API integrations, document connections, and identify areas for automation.
- Ensure applications and access keys adhere to company security policies, flag compliance concerns, and perform regular seat audits.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for applications, configurations, and workflows, and deliver regular reports on application health and performance.
