Responsibilities
- Partner closely with internal teams to optimize and implement best practices across information systems processes
- Manage internal enablement for education/re-education of Salesforce and other sales-supporting software
- Monitor Salesforce data quality and cleanup to ensure data integrity
- Manage Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Daily and Monthly Dashboards within Salesforce
- Support and administer ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and ETL/integration tools (e.g., Celigo or similar platforms)
