Responsibilities

Serve as the hands-on technical administrator for Gainsight, ensuring scalable system configuration, data integrity, and access controls for 200+ users.
Design, configure, and maintain Gainsight elements including C360/R360 layouts, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, Success Plans, and Rules Engine jobs.
Set up, tune, and maintain Gainsight AI features and prompt configurations to guide workflows and automated outputs.
Manage Gainsight data models, mappings, and integrations with primary platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake.
Develop, maintain, and share leadership and user dashboards to report on customer health, usage, adoption, and platform engagement.
