Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical administrator for Gainsight, managing configuration standards, data integrity, user/permission management, and admin documentation for 200+ users.
• Design, build, and maintain C360/R360 layouts, Scorecards, health models, CTAs, Playbooks, and Success Plans.
• Build and troubleshoot Rules Engine jobs, scheduled runs, and Journey Orchestrator programs to automate workflows.
• Manage integrations and data mapping across Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Designer, and Rules to ensure high data quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and end users, tracking health, adoption, usage, renewals, and sentiment.
