Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of web and behavioral data across the e-commerce funnel, including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Own analytics for core engagement features, defining success metrics and surfacing insights to drive the product roadmap.
- Partner with Product Managers to design, launch, and measure A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
- Translate member behavior into compelling narratives and visualizations that influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic direction.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify trends across the e-commerce and app landscapes.
