- Lead advanced electrical development initiatives from technology exploration to design validation
- Develop signal chain understandings across sensor behavior, analog front-ends, and system requirements
- Execute data analysis and experiments to translate findings into actionable electrical design improvements
- Partner with Mechanical, Firmware, and Signal Processing teams to resolve technical tradeoffs
- Guide, mentor, and set technical priorities for engineers while maintaining hands-on engineering contributions
