Responsibilities

• Lead the production practice for the team, executing work systems and monitoring team health to drive delivery success.
• Gauge feasibility of product roadmaps and partner with product and engineering leaders to mitigate risks, right-size product scope, and establish realistic timelines.
• Partner with Product Lead, Engineering Manager, and Designers to help develop the technical product vision and execute the development strategy.
• Identify dependencies with external teams and coordinate to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate team health and progress to the organization through regular reporting rituals and manage stakeholder expectations.
