Responsibilities
- Own production for foundational core backend services, managing backlogs, scope, schedules, and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive execution through strong Agile practices, including sprint planning, prioritization, velocity tracking, and dependency management.
- Maintain clear visibility of work through JIRA, ensuring epics, stories, risks, and cross-team dependencies are accurately tracked and actively managed.
- Lead operational review cadences, including preparing agendas, reviewing service health, surfacing risks, and driving follow-up actions to completion.
- Own incident management processes for services, including coordination during incidents, clear communication, and post-incident follow-through.
