Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day team production operations and development processes for the team.
• Facilitate the team in making clear, actionable commitments, and ensure successful delivery through effective project management.
• Troubleshoot delivery risks by reviewing release plans and team roadmaps, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Own the work system for the team including rituals, tracking, reporting, and partner management.
• Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand technical risks and complications, communicating these effectively to stakeholders and dependency teams.
