Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of IT service delivery including help desk ticket management, troubleshooting, and resolution across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identify recurring technical issues and inefficiencies to improve IT processes and end-user experience.
• Assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user account management, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and service guides.
• Track and manage IT assets, inventory records, and service requests to ensure accurate systems management.
