Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues using SQL, logs, and APIs, analyzing root cause and business impact.
- Build direct relationships with Engineering to improve speed and collaboration.
- Coach and mentor a team of 3-5 Product Solutions Analysts, enhancing quality, speed, and technical depth.
- Translate client patterns and friction points into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Own team standards including documentation, escalation protocols, ticket quality, and client communication.
