Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Vehicle System, interfaces to other Systems, and overall performance against the Program and Product requirements.
• Schedule and execution ownership for vehicle system across product generations, including prototyping, testing, and transition to rate manufacturing.
• Manage the vehicle developmental budget and cost performance, ensuring compliance and targeting cost reduction.
• Provide technical leadership at the vehicle system level, including responsibility for performance, design principles, and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor Senior and Principal level engineers for growth towards platform level leadership roles.
