Responsibilities

  • Lead hardware verification strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle, from DVT through environmental qualification, production acceptance, and ground & flight test.
  • Be accountable for demonstrating that all hardware meets system-level requirements and technical performance metrics (TPMs) before fielding.
  • Ensure verification activities are planned, executed, and documented in accordance with the program Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Work across disciplines (structures, avionics, propulsion, thermal, EE) directly interfacing with suppliers, test labs, integration teams, configuration management, manufacturing, and the customer.
  • Drive verification maturity from development through manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
