Responsibilities

• Own the vehicle requirements baseline from program requirements down to subsystem specifications
• Own interface management, ICDs, interface control, and change control across subsystems
• Define and own the verification and validation plan, including the requirements verification matrix
• Plan and run the integration and test campaign across bench, SITL, HITL, dockside, and at-sea
• Own vehicle technical budgets including mass, volume, power, energy, and buoyancy
