Responsibilities

• Drive program planning and execution, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria with SRE teams and managing dependencies.
• Strengthen production reliability by leading change management, launch readiness, defining SLOs/SLIs, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional coordination, aligning SRE with Security, Compliance, Cloud platform, and other engineering teams for complex, multi-team efforts.
• Build scalable systems and processes, designing frameworks and communication patterns that help SRE deliver reliably at scale.
• Query and interpret metrics, logs, or other data sources to inform decisions and communicate risk.
