Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on technical lead for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring technical deliverables, estimates, and designs are complete and accurate through the software development life cycle.
• Proactively identify and address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule or application integrity.
• Design and document solutions that align with business needs and architectural vision, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Mentor and train project team members on development guidelines and best practices, coordinating between multiple disciplines to design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions.
• Perform detailed technical reviews, including code reviews, to ensure high quality deliverables and engage in hands-on development using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, Angular, JSON and SQL.
