Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS to support claims processing platforms.
• Architect and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI orchestration pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agent workflows.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader — writing production code, conducting code reviews, and setting engineering standards for the team.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
