Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Workday platform across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for Workday enhancements, gathering cross-functional requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
• Build administration frameworks, security role designs, tenant environment management protocols, and testing standards.
• Proactively analyze Workday processes and integrations to identify inefficiencies and drive system optimizations.
• Manage change control and release cycles, including regression testing, impact assessment, and stakeholder training.
