Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of Workday modules such as Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM, Talent, and Compensation based on complex requirements.
• Architect and guide development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles.
• Develop and own advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports to surface actionable workforce insights.
• Design and lead testing strategies including test plans, scripts, and UAT coordination for bi-annual Workday releases.
• Provide expert-level system support, resolve complex issues, and mentor team members on system capabilities.
