Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration pipeline from design and configuration to deployment and production support for Workday integrations.
• Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Govern the integration lifecycle, managing code migrations, production hyper care, and Workday release cycles.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, advising HR, IT, and business stakeholders on design patterns.
• Extend Workday's capabilities through Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation.
