Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday modules including Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM, and Compensation.
• Architect Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles.
• Develop advanced matrix, composite, and dashboard reports to surface actionable workforce insights.
• Design and execute test strategies for biannual Workday releases, including UAT and regression testing.
• Provide expert system support, resolve complex issues, and mentor team members on system capabilities.
