Responsibilities

• Co-locate with the Product team to deeply understand the business and proactively identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities across product features.
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive, complex analyses of product usage and adoption to identify root causes for trends.
• Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, identifying opportunities and risks through data analysis and collaborating with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Use advanced statistical methods such as cohort analysis, propensity matching, and causal inference to answer critical executive and investor questions.
• Build the AI-to-Data Bridge by wiring up the BigQuery data warehouse to modern LLMs using standard protocols or native cloud AI tooling, and design the semantic layer to ensure AI-ready data schemas.
