- Translate ambiguous business questions into concrete technical roadmaps and machine learning products
- Partner across Engineering, Product, and Business to align technical strategies with business metrics
- Define technical standards, lead design docs, and establish standards for model development
- Actively mentor Senior and Mid-level Data Scientists to elevate the technical bar
