Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spark's platform, communicating it clearly to the team, customers, and investors.
• Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution based on business needs.
• Build and grow a high-performing Product and Design team, defining new roles and product domains in partnership with Engineering leadership.
• Develop deep expertise in the market and customers by spending meaningful time with brokers, agency partners, and carrier partners.
• Ensure the product roadmap drives broker adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across the business.
