Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Faire’s core value programs (Faire Source, Faire Pay, Insider) into durable growth engines.
• Own the product strategy and economic performance of the Value Pillar portfolio, balancing customer experience, adoption, margin, capital efficiency, operational reliability, and risk.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and partner closely with cross-functional teams.
• Define the long-term product vision for how value programs and core systems integrate seamlessly into the retailer journey.
• Strengthen and scale the core operational systems that power wholesale purchasing, ensuring reliability and retailer trust.
