• Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of systems analysts, engineers, and program managers driving sprint backlogs and release cycles.
• Architect resilient cross-platform integrations translating employee lifecycle events into automated downstream actions.
• Modernize core workplace and HR processes by evaluating and embedding AI-native tools and workflow automations.
• Lead large-scale SaaS implementations and platform enhancements anchored around core tools such as Workday, CoStar, and SAP.
