Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered features into both enterprise and SMB products, focusing on real customer interaction from week one.
• Build context pipelines to efficiently assemble customer and operational data for models, managing context limits and format for reasoning.
• Develop and own the evaluation harness, creating golden datasets, automated eval pipelines, and metrics for quality control.
• Manage data governance for AI, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements regarding customer data and PII.
• Build toward RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) in parallel, adapting to product demands.
