Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing production AI features across Boom's product.
- Drive Boom's internal AI productivity through tooling, workflows, and automations.
- Own the full agent stack, including prompts, tools, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evals, and observability.
- Build eval and feedback loops to safely improve agents without regressions.
- Partner with product and leadership to prioritize and ship AI initiatives.
