Responsibilities
- Embed with customers and integration partners to understand workflows, systems, and pain points, then ship solutions.
- Own implementations end to end, including scoping, building, deploying, training, and ongoing support.
- Build integrations for property management systems, third-party integrations, and vendors.
- Translate field learnings into reusable platform features and product improvements.
- Partner with sales and customer success to close strategic deals and ensure successful account onboarding.
