Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-8 engineers on one of the product engineering teams.
- Write and ship features alongside the team, actively contributing to the codebase.
- Own end-to-end delivery including planning, prioritization, scope tradeoffs, and on-time shipping.
- Grow engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, career conversations, and performance management.
- Lead hiring for the team and help raise the bar across the engineering organization.
