Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 to 6 software engineers, owning hiring, performance management, growth conversations, and team culture.
- Set team goals, track progress, and ship high-quality software on time, partnering with product and design.
- Provide technical guidance, architectural oversight, and mentorship, leading system design for scalable, secure, cloud-native software.
- Oversee incident management, on-call rotations, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Champion engineering practices like continuous integration, automated testing, and effective deployment, and manage resource allocation.
