Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution and operations of an engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong ownership, and predictable outcomes.
- Manage and support team members through all aspects of people leadership, including performance management, career development, and feedback.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned to business goals.
- Coach and develop engineers and technical leads, helping them grow both technically and professionally.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding architectural decisions, promoting sound engineering practices, and supporting design discussions across services and systems.
