• Lead a software engineering team, contributing to software builds through development practices, tools, common components, and documentation.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, debugging software components and identifying defects for remediation.
• Mentor and guide up to 8 direct engineering reports, taking accountability for team goals and driving team strategy and initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder management, product integration discussions, and oversee the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across environments.
