Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-12 engineers and contractors, providing clear direction, feedback, and career support.
- Manage team capacity, delivery planning, and execution for a strategic product area, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with product management, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical direction and align roadmaps.
- Guide the design and delivery of full-stack and data-intensive systems using technologies like Databricks and Spark.
- Hire and onboard engineering talent, build an inclusive team culture, and contribute directly as a player-coach when needed.
